Victoria and Kevin's flower story
Victoria and Kevin's elegant celebration started with their marriage ceremony at Christ College, Oxford and then continued with their wedding breakfast at Stowe House. This was an elegant country wedding in the most beautiful surroundings.
Victoria chose a blush and cream colour palette with pops of blue. Peonies were a favourite flower and luckily were in peak season. Each bridesmaid carried a lovely fluffy bunch of duchess de nemour peonies that we let blow open which gave a delicate textured look. Victoria's bouquet was a freeform piece full of peonies, ranunculus, tuberose, delphiniums and delicate stephanotis trails. It was finished with bespoke silk ribbons in blush, grey and blue. It looked and smelled absolutely delicious.
Victoria and Kevin wanted trees on all their reception tables but they also wanted to be environmentally friendly and not create too much waste from the wedding. We decided to go use indoor plants that looked like trees. Their guests could then take them home and (hopefully) look after them for many years to come. We used twisted ficus plants potted up in pewter coloured pots. Cut flowers then decorated the top of each pot which also gave the guests something pretty to look at while dining.
