Camille and Jason's flower story

Camille and Jason got married at the beautiful St Mary's Church at Woburn and then celebrated at the Woburn Sculpture Gallery.  They came to me with lots of fab ideas and Camille wanted her flowers to look rustic and natural with a vintage touch.  And to go with the grand scale of her venue we brought in a touch of luxury - we just had to. The Sculpture Gallery cries out for a statement flower piece or two!

Camille's colour palette was tones of blush, cream and grey.  This is such a wonderfully romantic colour palette but to avoid it looking too sweet we added texture with some beautiful grey succulents.  These tiny gems popped out of bouquets and also featured in the boys buttonholes.  Other flowers that we chose were roses, astrantia, stock, and the prettiest spray roses.

We went large with the reception flowers and created two huge floating freeform bouquets for the top table.  This is a great technique if you want natural looking flowers.  These wild bouquets sit in tall vases of water and last for ages.

Sitting on each table was a blush mason jar full of the prettiest stock, roses and gyp. So delicate and they smelt delicious.

This wedding was just gorgeous and full of so much love.  And take a moment to look at Camille's customised dress - it's just crazy beautiful!
